List Webhook Subscriptions

Returns the organization’s active webhook subscriptions, newest first, including the ones Zapier created for turned-on Zaps. A key sees the subscriptions it created, plus those for events whose data it can read (attendees:read for attendee.registered, applications:read for form_response.*). Signing secrets are never listed.
